Refund Policy
At Blakora, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our timepieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a return or exchange.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
The watch must be unworn, unscratched, and unaltered.
It must be in the original packaging (box, tags, and protective films intact).
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Requests made after this window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
Customized or engraved timepieces.
Items marked as Final Sale.
Watches that show signs of wear or have had links removed.
4. The Return Process
To start a return, please contact our concierge team at blakora@gmail.com.Taxes, duties, and shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return.
5. Inspection & Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Rejected: If the item is returned in a damaged or worn state, we reserve the right to deny the refund or apply a restocking fee.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your timepiece for the same model, please email us immediately with photos of the defect.
Shipping Costs
For defective items or shipping errors, Blakora will cover all return shipping costs.
For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Returns
Please note that for international orders, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for ensuring the watch is shipped back securely with tracking.
